Update
The engineering team has identified the issue causing problems with Cardiogram's launch on older iPhones running on iOS 16 and below. They have released a new app update (version 3.7.29), which is now available for download on the Apple App Store. To install the latest fix, please update Cardiogram.

If you are unable to launch the app after updating to version 3.7.29, it may be due to an issue related to ECG permissions. Our engineering team is currently investigating this issue. Please use the following temporary workaround until a fix is released.

From your iPhone settings.
Tap on "Health."
Tap on "Data Access & Devices."
Tap on "Cardiogram."
Turn off "Electrocardiograms ECG"

We are currently aware of an issue where the app is unable to launch on certain older iPhone models that are incompatible with iOS 17.

The affected models are:
iPhone X
iPhone 8 / 8 Plus
iPhone 7 / 7 Plus
iPhone SE (First Generation)
iPhone 6s / 6s Plus

Our support and engineering teams are working closely together to identify the root cause of the problem and find a resolution. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as soon as possible.
